How to get hotel wifi login to reappear

I you want to change your login preference with a hotel wifi, how do you get the login page to reappear? It seems that the hotel wifi recognizes the computer and bypasses the login page and resumes the last connection preference. This occurs across Safari or Chrome, with histories cleared and the network even disconnected and commanded "forgotten." Surely there is something controllable from a Mac versus calling the hotel wifi support call centers.
