Bootcamp partition taking hours

So basically title. I have installed windows 3 times now 2 times on this computer (15 inch 2015 macbook pro) and one time on another computer (13 inch 2015 macbook pro) and the partition part has always only been taking 5-10 minutes but now it says that it will take 132 minutes and it's just kinda stuck there... i have been stopping it and trying again for quite some time now but nothing seems to help 😟 Help would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

If you do not have a Thunderbolt-to-Ethernet adapter, then Wireless download of the Windows software can vary and the time you see is calculated using the available bit rate and is adjusted as it changes during the download. You will need to wait till the download finishes. It is unfortunate that Apple chose such a design without allowing for any alternatives.
