I want to remove my cc details but doesnt let me

Hi there.

Now. I'd like to remove my cc details BUT it wont let me.

I have looked into my order status- nothing (as I haven't bought anything)

No other option but cc.

I have used one cc and it gets declined. Thats very strange as its brand new cause someone tried to fraud with my other card.

now I have entered my friends cc in order to download free apps but this is no solution. so I want to delete it for obvious reasons.

When I try to contact support time it tells me to add a valid email address - I am using my VALID apple ID on both iPhone6 and iPad mini4

What is going on, its driving me nuts.
