Haptic motor on my iPhone 6s Plus rattles when it's upside down and I don't know what to do

when my phone is in my pocket or I'm playing a game (phone is upside down or sideways) the haptic motor rattles and I know its not meant to do that

ssomeone please help

That sounds like a hardware issue. If your device is within warranty and has no damage, it will probably be serviced for free under defect warranty.

hi

i sendt mine back and and got a new phone.

New swap unit with new batteries screen and chassis.
