Bootcamp partition stuck as free space, tried formatting, now invisible.

Using an Early 2015 13" Macbook Air with the standard 128GB M.2 SSD, i5-5250U, and 4GB DDR3-1600 on El Capitan

I created a Bootcamp partition, and it finished and restarted, but the partition was gone when I tried to boot into it, and when I look at it in Disk Utility, it now just shows up that the entire "Macintosh HD" partition is only 68.8GB, but the "Macintosh HD" disk shows as it's full size, but there is only one partition.

Any ideas?
