Restore from Time machine back up

Need help!

Got a late 2011 Macbook pro. Install a 256 Toshiba SSD as main and a Seagate 1Tb Hybrid in Super drive bay

I would like to use the 256 SSD as boot only and the 1Tb as all other file.

I have back up all data to my time capsule before perform the mechanical upgrade/swap

Both have the latest IOS El Capitan 10.11.2

My question is = How can I do a full restore to the new 1Tb seagate ? and just leave the 256 SSD alone as boot up only ???

Not work

I need transfer data from Time machine to the 1 TB, Just data, not App, not IOS

Time capsule only see the small 256SS which is the boot

Lets see it I can get this correct. You want to do a full install of El Capitan onto the SSD. Then install from time machine your personal files. Like your documents ,photos,pictures,music, videos and others. So you need to know how to access time machine and be able to pick the files to put on the 1TB drive/
