Dual monitor Set up (how) on late 2011 Macbook pro

Hello

I have a late 2011 Macbook pro, I7, AMD Radeon 512Mb

Like to set up for dual Dell 27" monitor . One monitor have DVI port (S2740L), the other have only HDMI port and VGA.(S2715H)

How can I set up for using dual monitor and setting? No extreme graphic for game or anything just normal work at home stuff
