Graphics/Gradients/Flash Issue after 10.11.3 Update

Basically i've been working on an animation in Adobe Flash, i recently installed the 10.11.3 El Captain Update, and since i've noticed major differences in Flash's performance, gradients and flash player on all apps (Chrome, Flash, PS etc)

I also have a Huion Graphics Tablet connected as a second monitor, but have unplugged & rebooted it is still the same.

Gradients - When i make a gradient, i notice a "banding" on it no matter what software i use, this isn't a MAJOR issue, i can work around it, but maybe it's a symptom,

Flash Player - the scene i am having issue with is quite a simple scene, however i have a simple rain animation over the top of it, and when i use the VCAM to zoom in for a close up, it;s lags majorly, now i have considered that the rain and blurred background might cause all that, so i made a new doc and made a simple white background fade to black over 4 seconds, its quite choppy, which i don't think it should be, as theres not much to struggle with,
