Available space not correct

Hi folks,

I have extended my icloud space to 200 Gb. I just uploaded about 60 Gb of docs and pics and when I log in to icloud it indicates available space 198 Gb.

Anyone knows what is going on?

When I go to the icloud drive in finder, right click and press info I see 60 Gb in use.
