Q: Macbook stops responding
Hello!
I have a Macbook Pro retina 13 late 2013, OS X El Capitan v.10.11.3,
During the last days I face the following problem. Computer stuck completely and nothing works. Cursor or keyboard is not responding. The only thing I can do is shut down the computer with the power button.
After restart it freezes again on a black screen (cursor is visible but not responding on the upper left corner) or freezes again just when the desktop appears.
I restart it several times, the same happens.
I run the disk utilities for test and repair but no problem reported.
I reinstall OS and the problem remains.
I erase the disk and install the OS (El Capitan) again and the problem was the same just when the first screen for the setup appears.
Something interesting: when I restarts the computer (with the power button – it is the only thing that works) and moving the cursor (with the truck pad) continuously after the apple appears, everything seems to work normal even for several moments as long I am moving it, but few seconds after I release it, everything stacks again.
Using this trick, I started copy some pictures before erase the disk, and after the copy started, I left my finger from moving the cursor. After 2-3 second everything got stuck again, but the all the pictures were coped to the end!
I did not install new programs or Apps recently.
On safe mode it works as normal.
Any ideas?
