Bootcamp won't show on startup even though i followed the steps correctly

Assuming it is a 2010 MBP, the only supported method of installing Windows is using a physical DVD.

Does the Windows installer start and allow you to choose and format the Windows partition and then fail with this error?

Unless you have manually modified Bootcamp info.plist, this model will not show the 'Create USB Installer...". I have a 2010 15-inch which will only install using a physical DVD.

Please do not. Google can be your best friend, but it is much worse as an enemy.

Your ISO is (or should be) 3.7-4GB. You can burn the ISO to a DVD-R SL which is 4.75GB.
