cannot sync IPad and iPhone with iTunes:

When attempting to sync iPad and iPhone with iTunes I get error message to go to iTunes.com to upgrade software. Did so many times:

iTune 11.4; Mac: OSX 10.6.8; IPhone: iOS 9.2.1; iPad: iOS 9.2.1

What is the "fix" for problem? Thanks

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 9.2.1, iPhone is 6

The issue is that iOS 9 requires a newer version of iTunes. The current iTunes version is 12.3.2. However, iTunes 12.3.X requires at least OS X 10.8.5 to install. (Current is El Capitan OS X 10.11.3.)

So in short you need to upgrade your OS X version from Snow Leopard which was released over six years ago.
