I cant add my credit card

Hi i want to buy some gems in clash of clans but i can't add my credit card.. Appstore says: Yardım için www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww adresinden iTunes Destek ile temasa geçin. I cant contact apple support because they are offline.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1, null

You will have to wait for them to come online to choose a different country. That's usually a billing issue, especially if you made a few recent in app purchases, sometimes its like a double check to make sure its not a stolen card or something. Anyhow, only Apple can fix it.
