Combining CD tracks into one piece of music

I have several classical CDs that I need to load into iTunes.

Some pieces have several movements. How can I join the movements into a

singl;e concerto or symphony?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

What version of iTunes do you have?

This has instructions for importing 'merged' CD's in iTunes 11

I suspect iTunes 12 hides the feature even more, but I don't have it in front of me to check, this appears to cover it in iTunes 12…

This option will combine the tracks in the resulting imported file, so you need to set this up for each disk you rip into iTunes.
