Hi i'm new in the macbook so anyone tellme how to transfer pictures or any file from mac to another USB ??

Choose Computer from the Finder's Go menu and drag the files to the desired location. Moving an iPhoto, Aperture, or Photos library requires that the destination volume be formatted as Mac OS Extended.
This method cannot be used to clone Mac OS X.
