why doesn't Autofill work on my iPad or iPhone 6plus? Version 9.2.1. I was working fine and all of a sudden, quit! I've checked setting, Safari, Autofill and everything is checked. I also have my contact info checked as well. What's up?

I am suddenly experiencing the same thing on my iPad Air 2 with the autofill suddenly having stopped working in the last 5 days. I have the latest ios - 9.2.1 and all my settings appear to allow autofill and nothiing seems to have changed from when it was working per my settings on my ipad, so I really don't understand what's caused this. I have cleared Safari's search, cache, cookies and restarted, etc., but still the same trouble.
Can someone help or please advise?
