I can see only photo thumbnails on camera roll, real photos are not available, double taping only shows granulated images. I have checked my itunes, icloud with no sucess. How to recover those photos?

IF you are using iCloud Photo Library, it sounds to me like the photos have not downloaded completely. Are you using IPL? You might be able to kick start the download again by restarting your device.
I'm using IPL, restarting my device is not fixing it - done that a few times already. What I don't understand is how I can see the thumbnails and not be able to find it on iphone, icloud or itunes...
