how do I access the iTunes store on my iPhone?
I can't seem to access the iTunes store on my iPhone. How do purchase music with the iPhone?

What happens when you try to access the store ? You are using the iTunes Store app (on iOS 9 you can't access the store directly within the Music app) ?
