Does this account to your official account on Twitter?

You might want to contact apple for that official answer. This is the support communities which we are all users just like yourself.

If you have spent more than 2 minutes on twitter, you will notice a blue check next to accounts that impersonate famous people or businesses. This is twitter's way of saying that its authentic or validated. So, with that said, it doesn't appear that this particular twitter account is valid.
