Upgrade iPad2 to iOS 9.2.1
After successfully completing the upgrade to version 9.2.1 of my iPad2, the screen froze, unable to restart or shut down the device. Any suggestions?

Hold both the home button and the sleep/wake (power) button to perform a hard reset, then see what happens.
