I have the iPhone 6 ios 9.2.1 and my airplay isn't working. I can connect to my Kodi but I don't get any sound from the TV

I have the iPhone 6 ios 9.2.1 and my airplay isn't working. I can connect to my Kodi but I don't get any sound from the TV. I have changed the setting in system on Kodi to IOS 8 compatibility mode and restarted it.
