I forgot the answers to my apple id

3 days ago enter a gift card from my account 25,00USD US apple in my new iphone 6s , but when making a purchase primerca 3.99 app asked me to answer 2 questions security and they do not remember which were the answers, and my account is a disabled and need urgent help ... I live in Ecuador and this had never happened to me since I created my apple id .
