Tracks names

I record audio cd not mp3 type couple years ago. Now I want to go back to add them back to playlist and none of the artist and cd tracks name are coming up. I tried it three different programs and even on the computer that original burn it. Is there a trick so I donot have to go track by track to fix it. the problem is it is mixed cd and I donot remember all the artist and tracks when the music came off. I am getting mad because it work about a year ago when a friend had it.
