GPS locates wrong address

Everytime I enter in my address, lets say its 123 generic rd, covington, KY 41011, It locates 123 generic rd Crestview hills, ky 41017.

This is NOT My address but another person's address!

I have been trying to report the issue and it has not been fixed in almost a year!!! Even when i get the occasional email saying it has been fixed!

I can't even get food delivered since everyone uses the GPS. Google Maps has it correct! How can i fix this?
