i can't log in to my account

Question

I can't log in to my administration account i don't know what happen but even i use me iCloud password it still doesn't let me log in help me please.

MacBook Air, iOS 9.2.1

What exactly happens when you try to log in? Do you have another account that you can log in to? What version of OS X are you running?

I fixed it i start my computer all over again. and i delete all data and it look like a new computer 🙂
