why does your Macbook air charger shock me every now and then its annoying

Is the MBA properly grounded? Are you using the 3 prong plug to a grounded AC system?

Take it back to apple or contact them directly.

You should have no problems with it and grounding is not an issue here. The charger on these machines is designed to be shock proof. I've dropped mine in a glass of water and nothing happened, it still worked afterwards. As I said, take it back.
