Game Center not working since 9.2 iOS update. how to fix?

GC says I have friends and games, but in the individual tabs, says "unable to load data due to network connectivity issues or errors." Everything is fine on my end that I can tell. My GC friends have disappeared from friend lists in my games. How can I fix this, or who to talk to?
