Wireless dropping after 9.2.1 update

I am using iphone 6s, 128 GB model with ios 9.2.1. After last update, the wifi is dropping frequently. When I try to manually connect, sometimes it connect and sometimes it displays password incorrect.

I have tried reset wifi settings and phone reset using iTunes. After phone reset it worked for few hours but now again it is dropping wifi connection.

Please suggest some solution if anyone having similar problems?

I am experiencing the same problem on an iPhone 4s.

All other devices on the wifi (iPhone 4, 3GS, several computers) work fine.

Nothing special about the router settings.

I already tried:

- change router parameters (encryption, channel, SSID)

- resetting phone multiple (at least 50) times

- resetting network settings multiple times

- completely reinstall phone

I'm pretty sure it is not an issue with individual settings but some serious bug in the new iOS, because even after completely resetting (Restore phone in DFU mode) the wifi kept disconnecting, EVEN BEFORE I could choose between restore from backup/set up as new iPhone.

In situations like these it REALLY ***** that Apple does not allow downgrading iOS.

Anybody any further ideas what might be the issue here?
