Q: Pages, Keynote and Numbers showing paid option after phone reset
I am using iphone 6s model with 128 GB. I had downloaded Pages, Keynote and Numbers from App store 2 months back which was free at that time. Now I had to reset my phone for some wifi issues. After reset these apps are showing paid in App Store. Apple website quotes following line
"
- iMovie, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote are free on the App Store for qualifying iOS 9 compatible devices with initial activation on or after September 1, 2013. GarageBand is free on the App Store for qualifying iOS 9 compatible devices with initial activation on or after September 1, 2014. See www.apple.com/ios/whats-new/ for iOS 9 compatible devices. Downloading apps requires an Apple ID."
Does reset voids this condition? Please suggest what should be done.
iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1, null
