Pages, Keynote and Numbers showing paid option after phone reset

I am using iphone 6s model with 128 GB. I had downloaded Pages, Keynote and Numbers from App store 2 months back which was free at that time. Now I had to reset my phone for some wifi issues. After reset these apps are showing paid in App Store. Apple website quotes following line

"

iMovie, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote are free on the App Store for qualifying iOS 9 compatible devices with initial activation on or after September 1, 2013. GarageBand is free on the App Store for qualifying iOS 9 compatible devices with initial activation on or after September 1, 2014. See www.apple.com/ios/whats-new/ for iOS 9 compatible devices. Downloading apps requires an Apple ID."

Does reset voids this condition? Please suggest what should be done.

You are not talking to Apple here. This is a volunteer, user-to-user support community. This is the Pages for OS X support community. All iOS (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) related posts should go into the iWork for iOS support community.Take the following steps:

  1. In the iTunes App Store, sign in and check under your Purchased items to see if you simply redownload them, or proof for step 2.
  2. If not 1., then click the Support link in the iTunes App Store and Contact Support.
  3. If you still have the emails sent to you by Apple confirming your iWork for iOS purchases, you have additional proof for step 2.
