What Mac is best for adobe illustrator + others?

Hi!

Recently I've been interested in getting a MacBook and I'm not sure which one to choose!

I've read the descriptions, but none of them tell me what programs work better on particular models.

So I wanted to see if any users in the realm of apple knew. I am a student and want to use the laptop mainly for Adobe photoshop and illustrator, but also things like word if possible. I'm planning on keeping it for a while but don't want it to be too too pricey.

I Also know that this may not be the place to go, but just wanted to see if it got me anywhere,
