i cannot update my ¡photo app on app store. I got a massage saying app ID was bought by a different user.
someone knows how i can get Apple help?

What's the exact message you het?
What version of iPhoto do you have? What version of the OS?
Did you purchase you MBP new or used and, if used, from where?
Is this the message you are getting?
"This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled."
This is typical for trying to update an iPhoto version that is not associated with your AppleID the App Store.
It is not possible anyway to update iphoto using software update from the AppStore any longer. Apple stopped selling iPhoto and you can only reinstall iPhoto from your Purchases history.
