Why can't list all my files under iCloud on Mac/iPhone?

I tried to list of my files stored in iCloud on both iMac and iPod touch, somehow I only see two directories: Preview,

TestEdit, could not see video and backup copies of iPad, iPod touch. Do I need to enable some settings to show

all files in iCloud? I do have some video files stored in iCloud, but somehow can't see any from my iCloud folder

from my Mac and iPod touch.

I would like to use iCloud like Dropbox so that I can copy/move files around based on my needs, not automatically

based on iCloud's rules.

Thanks for your help.

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1), null
