I erased all settings and content on my iphone 5, it restart and the loading bar appears as it supposed to be. But suddenly the loading bar disappear and itt stuck on apple logo.
I tried to connect it with my laptop and itunes, and choose start the new iphone. the device showed up in itunes as new device but the apple logo still there.
anyone can help me solve this?

Disconnect the phone from your computer and try a forced restart of the phone. Then try to restore again if necessary.
To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
i tried it many times. when i tried to restore it, it said "an unknown error occurred"
hello i suggest you to hard reset your iPhone just like you did but this time connect your phone to iTunes on your notebook and don't leave the buttons till you set it to recovery mode you will see on your iPhone screen to connect it again to iTunes and it will start with new set up
it still couldnt restore even when i'm in recovery mode. the unknown error occurred still there.😢
Are you running the latest version of iTunes? If you aren't, try updating iTunes and then try to restore the phone again. If that fails, you should probably try another computer. Any computer running the latest version of iTunes will due. You could make an appointment at an Apple Store and they will restore the device for you.
