This is a user-to-user technical support forum. There's nothing we can do to help you with this issue.

If you have an iPhone and have the Apple Store app on it, I believe you can see your appointments listed there.

Why do you need to confirm it? The email you got when you made the appointment is confirmation enough.

If you really want to know, why don't you just call the store directly and ask to talk to someone. You could have had your answer by now.
