A movie that is listed in the american iTunes is unavailable to buy in the norwegian iTunes... How is it possible to buy this movie? I have tried making myself an american iTunes account, but that doesn't work...
Ask the movie's creator to make it available in Norway, or find a non-Apple store which sells it in Norway.
