Safari don't quit and show empty historic. What can I do?

Force Quit .
Press command + option + esc keys together at the same time. Wait.
When Force Quit window appears, select Safari if not already.
Press Force Quit button at the bottom of the window. Wait.
Safari will quit.
Force Quit .

Safari will quit.
I always do this, but the problem persists then, when I use Safari again.
Can you please explain "show empty historic"
1. Force Quit Safari.
Force Quit .
Press command + option + esc keys together at the same time. Wait.
When Force Quit window appears, select Safari if not already.
Press Force Quit button at the bottom of the window. Wait.
Safari will quit.
2. Relaunch Safari holding the shift key down.
This will launch Safari in Safe Mode.
The pop-up that crashed Safari will not return.
3. Turn off wifi and turn it back on.
Turn off Wifi. Click Wifi icon in the menu bar and select “Turn Wifi off”.
Visit another website.
You won’t have internet connection.
Turn on Wifi. Click Wifi icon in the menu bar and select “Turn Wifi on”.
Select your Network.
4. Delete Cookies
Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and other website data:
Click the “Details” button.
Remove all cookies except ones from Apple, your internet service provider and banks.
If this doesn’t help, please run EtreCheck and post the report here.
Download it, open Downloads folder, click on it to open and select”Open” in the dialog to run it.
Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste it when you reply.
Try to uninstall safari. I did it from CleanMyMac and the problem was solved.
