Q: What's the best way to archive mail from the OS X Mail app, to reduce my Exchange mailbox size? An additional layer of complexity would be having this archive available in some way on iOS.
I've been archiving my Exchange mail the "old fashioned" way, being with a network attached PC running Outlook constantly, that auto archives once a week to a .pst file. That's the only use for that PC. I'd prefer to archive on my MacBook Pro, as that's what I use regularly and would have the archives available to search, rather than having to VPN to the PC and search the archives. What is the best way to archive on the Mac? I've got Devonthink installed, which seems to have an option and have looked at MailSteward and EagleFiler briefly.
Additionally it would be handy to have the archives readily accessible on iOS in some way too.
Cheers.
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)
