iTunes wont stay minimized every few seconds opens or becomes focus window

I don't know why this started happening but reletivly recently itunes will not stay minimized and will steal focus to that window every few seconds, it makes it impossible to use itunes and work or do something else while its running because I constantly have to switch back to the window I was working on over and over, this even occurs while looking at the options in iTunes itself causing the options window to not be the focus...its super weird. I am running the current version of iTunes on Windows 10 also updated fully. I have fully uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes twice in an attempt to fix the issue. (One time just a standard uninstall, the second being a clean install steps taken from apples site. Help would be greatly appreciated since a google search has turned up nothing helpful.
