I am getting mild shock while charging my iPhone 6s 64gb Gold

I am getting mild shock while charging my iPhone 6s 64gb Gold, even tried to test with a Neon screwdriver & it glows.

Is anyone facing similar issue?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

Probably a grounding issue. Try a different outlet. Try a surge protector. I have an iPad that does that.

I tried every outlet in my house, went to an Apple store with my iPhone & charger and even the guy who checked my phone felt the shock. He even tried using another charger but no luck.
