In app purchase no longer recognized

Purchased 2015-2016 NHL Gamecenter Premium package and up until 1st February it was working fine. Feb 1st i was prompted an update was required but when i tried to download message box tells me the item is no longer available at the app store. Now available as Rogers Game Center, i downloaded it and when i try to sign in and restore my purchase message window tells me i have no purchase on record and prompts me to purchase the remainder of the season at a reduced price. Emailed Apple support and NHL.com support with no success. Advise?
