Apple ID login failures for Communities

Here's an odd one (to me, anyways...): Logging into ASC (Apple Support Communities) with one ID works beautifully. (This one, obviously.) Attempting a login with my other, valid, Apple ID produces a screen that says Apple Support Communities is currently under construction....

Exhibits this behavior every time with the same Apple ID.

What device(s), OS(es), Browser(s) & versions?


in the meantime...

Try clearing browser:

  • cache
  • cookies


Try another browser


Fill out your Product Info(s) on your Bio page, then, when you post a new question, your "default" product will append your question text (like a signature to a email) [I believe that if you have several Products, there will be a list presented just above the [POST] button on the create New Post page]
