There is no Reset Security Questions button. How can one reset the security questions?

Hi guys,

I followed About Apple ID security questions - Apple Support but there is no way apparently that I can actually reset the questions, apart from calling support.

Is this true?

Yes, that’s true. Unless you previously set up a rescue email address, Apple needs to verify your identity in some other way.
