How Can You Change Your Payment To No Payment???

I Need Help With my iphone 6s plus When I Want To Update Something it say: ''There Is A Billing Problem with a previous purchase'' Then I Type In The Card Info and then It Shows Me My Card Info Then I Type in my card Security Code and then It Says: ''Your Payment Method Was Declined Please Enter A Other Payment Method .'' And I don't Want a other Card On My Iphone 6s plus! So Now I Want To Have No Card On My Phone And It Doesn't Say None PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
