Q: IWork isn't free anymore.

I have iPad air. I wanted to download Numbers from IWork and it asked me to pay. I thought it should be free. Am I right?

I've had the same issue with GarageBand and the other iLife / iWork apps. It shows that I need to pay, but when I downloaded them I have not been charged. I contacted Apple before downloading GarageBand and Numbers - I have been informed that I am not supposed to be charged and should I be, then they will refund me.
