Apple ID block my phone after a full restauration

Hi everyone!

I'm in trouble because after a full restauration, my iPhone is asking me the password of an old Apple account. I tried to found it, but the e-mail adress that I used to put for Apple ID is the one I didn't used for 6 years, and I can't find out how to change my password.

If anyone knows how to delete an account on an iPhone (I have the bill that proves it is not stolen), please let me know.
