I am cheated ! apple deducted Rs 60 just because I changed my app store country.
Why do you change the App Store country?
Do you live in that country?
Maybe it's just a credit hold to make sure the fund is there.
In that case, the money will be back in a few days.
they cut the payment for change the store, before my store was Chinese store than I change to india store they ask me for credit card number, than I fill there the number of my credit card, than change country done, than I got message on my mobile they bank cut RS.60 from my credit card
You're only supposed to use the store for a region in which you are resident and have a valid payment method and billing address. When you add a payment method a small authorization request is made. Depending on your financial institution you may never see the amount at all, or it might appear and then later disappear, or it may show as a payment followed by a refund. A similar test may be undertaken whenever you try to update your details.

They haven't show any message there and i haven't got any refund from there, this is only small amount but apple should inform About that.
