I pay for iTunes match and I can no longer listen to the radio. Apple keeps prompting me to pay for Apple Music. Why? Ad-free radio is included with iTunes Match! It was listed as a feature in my terms of service that I renewed for 1 year back in Oct

iTunes Radio is no longer included in iTunes Match. Those same Terms of Service state that Apple can change the included features at any time.

You can try calling Apple Customer Service. People have reported that they were able to cancel iTunes Match and get a pro-rated refund.
