Garageband download problem

GArageBand is one of the apps that I had purchased before. I can see it on the purchased menu of app store. However When I try to download it from the cloud I get the error message " unable to download app at this time." I have tried rebooting in several ways, I tried changing date and time setting but none of the solutions I found online worked for me. I can download other apps without any problems. I have this problem only with GarageBand. I have ipad mini 1. Can you help please?
