How do I reset my security questions?

When I look at the directions to reset my security questions it says to click reset questions then there is an option that says "Reset your security questions". It only shows that I need to put the answers in but i don't know them. But I don't have that option below and I was wondering how to do it without calling.

The reset option only shows if you have a verified rescue email address on your account (an additional/alternate email address is different), if you aren't getting the link on http://appleid.apple.com then you don't have one and you will have to contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) to get the questions reset - which is likely to be by phone as they need to confirm your id and that it's your account

Contacting Apple about account security : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

If your country isn't on that page then try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use : About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support

Or if it's available in your country you could change to 2-step verification : Frequently asked questions about two-step verification for Apple ID
