GB isn't recognizing songs downloaded from Apple Music

I have tried to open up songs downloaded from apple music to GarageBand and they are not shown under my music or under the specific playlists though they show up as downloaded to my computer and to iCloud

MacBook Pro, iOS 9.2.1
